Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Accounts Payable Clerk in FORT COLLINS, Colorado, 80526-1824, United States. In this role, you will be expected to manage various aspects of our accounts payable process, from processing invoices to maintaining accurate records. Responsibilities: • Accurately process invoices in a timely manner • Maintain a comprehensive and updated record of all payable accounts • Ensure efficient data entry and record-keeping • Conduct account reconciliation regularly to maintain financial accuracy • Run checks when necessary to facilitate payments • Utilize Microsoft Excel for various accounting tasks • Respond to any queries or issues related to accounts payable • Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions as needed • Ensure coding invoices are done correctly. Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience working as an Accounts Payable Clerk or in a similar role • Proficient in Accounts Payable (AP) procedures and practices • Proven skills in data entry with high accuracy • Experience with invoice processing, including verification, reconciliation, and payment • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, vlookups, and macros • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies in financial data • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
