Responsibilities: • Ensuring efficient and accurate processing of invoices • Keeping customer credit records up-to-date and precise • Handling accounts payable and account reconciliation tasks diligently • Conducting check runs and coding invoices in a timely manner • Resolving customer inquiries promptly and professionally • Utilizing Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting • Continually learning and adapting to new software applications in the accounts payable domain. Requirements • Must have prior experience in the manufacturing industry. • Proficiency in account reconciliation is required. • Demonstrated expertise in managing accounts payable (AP). • Experience with check runs is necessary. • Must have a strong understanding of coding invoices. • Data entry skills are essential for this role. • Proficiency in invoice processing is required. • Must be adept at using Microsoft Excel.
