Description We are offering a role as an Accounts Payable Clerk in Carlsbad, California. This role is centered around financial operations and accounting, with a focus on managing accounts payable tasks. The workplace is a detail-oriented office setting, and the employment type is a contract to permanent opportunity. Responsibilities: • Operate and navigate the Concur and NetSuite platforms for financial procedures • Review and process around 100 invoices daily, primarily using NetSuite • Conduct regular check runs, specifically handling refund checks • Perform a 3-way match for invoice processing and validation • Manage data entry tasks, accounting for 50% of the role, while the remaining 50% involves tracking invoice approvals • Conduct research and handle incoming queries related to the Concur platform • Display curiosity towards understanding detailed processes and the bigger picture of financial operations • Utilize Excel for financial tasks, including the use of pivot tables and vLookUps • Execute invoice processing through Concur and conduct check runs using the same platform • Demonstrate a proactive approach towards learning and improving financial processes. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) operations is required. • Experience with Concur software for expense management is necessary. • Familiarity with NetSuite ERP system is essential. • Ability to perform Check Runs in a timely and accurate manner. • Should be adept at entering invoices into accounting systems. • Must have experience in Invoice Entry, ensuring all details are accurate and up-to-date. • Proficiency in Invoice Processing, including verification, approvals and record maintenance.
