Description We are in search of an Accounts Payable Clerk to become a part of our team. Based in Chandler, Arizona, this role involves handling high volumes of transactions, maintaining vendor relations, and ensuring accurate and efficient financial operations within our organization. Responsibilities: • Accurately processing vendor invoices and maintaining a robust accounts payable system • Handling account reconciliation duties to ensure accurate financial records • Efficient data entry tasks to keep customer information up-to-date • Using Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP to manage financial data • Executing check runs in a timely and efficient manner • Utilizing coding invoices for organized and efficient record-keeping • Ensuring accurate invoice processing to maintain financial integrity • Collaborating with the team to handle different regions and shops • Using NetSuite for efficient financial management and operations • Regularly reviewing and monitoring customer accounts for any discrepancies Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an Accounts Payable role or similar position. • Proficiency in account reconciliation and accounts payable (AP) management. • Experience with check runs and coding invoices. • Strong data entry skills with an emphasis on accuracy and speed. • Demonstrated ability to perform invoice processing efficiently and effectively. • Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel for financial data management. • Familiarity with Oracle financial software. • Experience with QuickBooks accounting software. • Knowledge and experience in using SAP for financial transactions and reporting.
