Accounts Payable Clerk
System One has partnered with a local manufacturing company that is searching for an Accounts Payable Clerk. The Accounts Payable clerk must be willing to work well in a team setting and capable of carrying out a given task with all details necessary. Job Duties: + Enter material and overhead payables into ERP system. Charges expense to accounts and departments by analyzing invoice/expense reports, recording entries + Reconciles processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances + Attaches packing slips to vendor invoices + Pays vendors by monitoring discount opportunities, verifies federal id numbers, scheduling and preparing checks, resolving purchase order, contract, invoice, or payment discrepancies + Files and maintains records of supporting documentation + Assists with annual production of 1099’s + Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential Requirements: + High School diploma required + 1-3 years of experience in accounts payable + Excellent communication, organizational, team and confidential skills required + Proficient in working with computers; Microsoft word, excel, outlook + Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé, ALTA IT Services, CM Access, TPGS, and MOUNTAIN, LTD., are leaders in delivering workforce solutions and integrated services across North America.
