Description Job Summary: As an Accounts Payable Clerk, you will play a crucial role in our finance team by ensuring accurate invoice processing, timely payments, and organized financial records. With 1-2 years of experience, you will handle vendor communications, reconcile statements, and support month-end closing tasks. Your attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment will make you a valuable asset to our team. Requirements Your Responsibilities: + Process and verify invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies + Match invoices to purchase orders and receipts + Enter and code invoices into the accounting system + Prepare and process check runs, wire transfers, and ACH payments + Reconcile vendor statements and address discrepancies promptly + Assist with month-end closing tasks, including accruals and reporting + Maintain vendor files and ensure all documentation is up to date + Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve payment issues + Assist with internal audits and provide necessary documentation as needed + Support the finance team with additional administrative tasks as required What You Bring: + 1-2 years of experience in accounts payable or a related accounting role + Strong knowledge of AP processes, invoice processing, and general accounting principles + Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar) and Microsoft Excel + Excellent attention to detail and data entry accuracy + Strong organizational and time-management skills + Ability to communicate effectively with vendors and internal teams + Experience in a high-volume processing environment is a plus Your Qualifications: + Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred but not required) Why You’ll Love Working Here: + Competitive salary and benefits package + Growth opportunities within the company + A supportive and collaborative team environment Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
