This is an excellent chance to join a fast-paced accounting team and grow your career in a supportive and collaborative environment. ** For immediate consideration, please apply and contact Julian Sanchez on LinkedIn ** Key Responsibilities: + Process high-volume accounts payable invoices accurately and in a timely manner. + Review and reconcile invoice discrepancies and resolve supplier issues. + Ensure proper coding and approval of invoices based on company policies. + Maintain accounts payable files and documentation for compliance. + Assist with month-end closing processes and AP reporting. + Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to address any billing or payment inquiries. Requirements + 1+ years of experience in Accounts Payable or related accounting role. + Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high volumes of data. + Proficiency with MS Excel (experience with pivot tables and VLOOKUP is a plus). + Experience with accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, or NetSuite preferred). + Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills. + A desire to learn and grow in an accounting career.
