Summary of Job Purpose: The Accounts Payable Clerk for Fun Town RV is an entry level position at the heart of our accounting department. This position is fast-paced and requires organizational and communication skills. The ability to work as a team and have great time management skills is strongly recommended. The primary duties and responsibilities for this position include the following but others can be assigned:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Receiving and recording the receipt of invoices Processing receiving tickets for accuracy and on time Reconciling supplier accounts to make sure amounts invoiced reflect goods received Matching and filing invoices and receipts Requesting receipt of statements from invoicing suppliers when they are not provided Reconciling and scanning supplier statements for past due invoices Answering queries from suppliers about unpaid invoices Scanning payment documentation and attaching it to the associated journal entries
