Summary of Job Purpose: The Accounts Payable Clerk for Fun Town RV is an entry level position at the heart of our accounting department. This position is fast-paced and requires organizational and communication skills. The ability to work as a team and have great time management skills is strongly recommended. The primary duties and responsibilities for this position include the following but others can be assigned: Essential Duties and Responsibilities: + Receiving and recording the receipt of invoices + Processing receiving tickets for accuracy and on time + Reconciling supplier accounts to make sure amounts invoiced reflect goods received + Matching and filing invoices and receipts + Requesting receipt of statements from invoicing suppliers when they are not provided + Reconciling and scanning supplier statements for past due invoices + Answering queries from suppliers about unpaid invoices + Scanning payment documentation and attaching it to the associated journal entries Requirements Required Competencies; Education / Knowledge / Skills and Abilities: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
