This role involves coordinating and processing invoices and payment requests in a busy, fast-paced environment. Our team works collaboratively and is always available to provide support when needed.
General work time is Monday-Friday, 8a-4:30.Job Description:Key Duties & Responsibilities:Independently coordinates and processes invoices and requests for payment while ensuring accuracy and adherence to policy.Manages online banking transactions, including wire transfers and EFT payments, to meet Finance Department obligations.Reviews and processes expense reports.Prioritizes multiple Accounts Payable tasks and projects to ensure timely completion.Identifies opportunities to improve workflow efficiency and optimize technology use.Troubleshoots existing and proposed financial systems to enhance operations.Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to address problem resolution, cost containment, and implementation of new processes.Assists with the development, implementation, and evaluation of departmental initiatives.Serves as a resource for policies, procedures, and best practices within the department.The Ideal Candidate Will Have:Experience in accounts payable with a strong understanding of payment processing.Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while meeting deadlines.Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong analytical skills with the ability to review financial data accurately.Scheduled Weekly Hours:40Scheduled Work Shift:Day (United States of America)Job Exempt: NoBenefits:
