Overview The primary responsibility of the Accounts Payable (Disbursement) Coordinator II is to process all Accounts Payable payments, Perform Supplier onboarding and maintenance, and ensure accurate and timely payment processing in accordance with the company’s internal control processes, policies and procedures. This role will also include daily, weekly and monthly reporting all while ensuring compliance with Sarbanes Oxley controls. Overview of Responsibilities Processing of Payments, Checks, ACH, Wire and Credit Card Maintaining Procurement card program Supplier onboarding and maintenance Assist with 1099 reporting and preparation Perform weekly and monthly reporting on Accounts Payable/PCard Aging Process AP Service Now/Workday tickets related to your role accurately and timely in accordance with established SLAs Other tasks as assigned by management Qualifications 2 plus years of AP experience Proficient in Excel Experience working with Workday Financials Organization skills Clear verbal and written communication Core Competencies: Communication: Convey information, ideas, and feedback clearly and concisely in an engaging manner that helps others understand and retain the message; listening actively to others.
