Job Description

Are you looking for an interesting paid internship within Finance? We are ready to support your development as an Intern in the Accounts Payable Help Desk team. This a 6-months, paid, part-time role and reports to the Accounts Payable Team Leader. You will start in October or November 2025. This internship is more than just a job – it's a chance to grow a foundation for your future career in finance. Your Responsibilities:Respond to inquiries in the email inbox using EnglishHandle incoming phone calls and support in EnglishReview vendor account statements, identify discrepancies, and take appropriate corrective actions to ensure accuracy and compliance

The Essentials - You Will Have:Language skills: fluency in English - both verbal and writingActive student statusFamiliarity with Microsoft Outlook and Excel – you'll use these tools dailyAvailability to work 30 hours per week

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP)Spanish language skills at a B2 level or higher – a valuable asset in our multilingual environment
