Are you ready to make your mark?  We are looking for a motivated and self-driven individual to join our team as an Accounts Payable Internship. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience by working closely with our Finance team on essential financial projects.

The experience also gives the intern opportunity for potential full-time employment with the company. 

What you will be doing

Reviewing the vendor master list and ensuring that each vendor has the correct tax code.Assisting in the preparation and filing of 1099 forms.Investigating issues within our ERP system related to unpaid or partially paid invoices.Analyzing outstanding balances to understand the root causes of payment discrepancies.Collaborating with team members to resolve invoice issues and ensure smooth payment processes.

What We Are Looking For

Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.Basic understanding of financial principles and accounting practices.Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus, but not required.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Education or Formal Training

Must be at least a sophomore in an accredited College or University program and have an acceptable grade point average. Program discipline pertinent to Accounting, Finance or related field.

Experience Required

No experience required. Previous internship or other working experience, a plus.
