The Qualtrics Finance Shared Services Center (QFSS) is a pillar of the Finance organization and allows Qualtrics to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness as well as quality of the finance processes while delivering global end-to-end process standards.\n \nWithin QFSS, the Accounts Payable (AP) team is responsible for the timely and accurate fulfillment of various tasks in areas of processing of incoming vendor invoices and assisting with their payments. The team provides timely and relevant reporting and support projects for the overall Finance organization.\n \n \n\nHow You’ll Find Success\n\n\nIf you have prior experience from accounts payable process;\nWorking experience with Shared Service Centre;\nKnowledge of Google Suite (Gmail, Google Docs, etc) - preferred;\nPrior experience with NetSuite, Concur and Coupa - preferred.\n\n
\n\nHow You’ll Grow\nAs a founding member of the QFSS AP Team in Mexico, you will get the opportunity to be part of a valued group that contribute the success and development of Finance as well as the overall company. You will have the chance work independently within the AP Team across all standard processes and have the chance to build new process and improve existing ones. This role offers many development opportunities of other skills and competencies that will help you shape your future career path across finance or other functions in the Shared Services Center. \n \n \nThings You’ll Do\n\n\nPosting of incoming vendor invoices,\nAssist with timely payment of the invoices,\nVendor accounts maintenance, incl. open items management,\nMaintenance of general ledger accounts,\nApprove internal employee response rates through Concur,\nConduction of monthly account closing procedures for accounts payable,\nReview and posting of company credit card expenses,\nResponses to client queries (internal and external) ,\nContact with vendors via phone (hotline), email and ticketing system,\nClose cooperation and communication with all stakeholders, other teams and departments,\nProactively identify process gaps or inefficiencies and drive improvements,\nAdherence to agreed key performance indicators,\nOwn strategic projects and initiatives that improve team functionality and efficiency,\nSupport the training of new team members,\nFollow Qualtrics processes and use application tools available in NetSuite/Salesforce,Support Ad-hoc queries and contributes to projects,\nContact for external and internal auditors.\n\n
