Job Description
We are currently looking to add an Accounts Payable Manager to our growing team. This is a full-time position responsible for overseeing accounting duties related to accounts payable across all 20 locations in the Midwest.
ResponsibilitiesOversee accounts payable processes across 20 Midwest locations.Manage and train accounts payable staff.Transition and manage the migration from Sage 300 to Acumatica.Ensure regulatory reporting compliance.Maintain a customer service mindset while handling accounting duties.Supervise and lead an active team of direct reports.Essential SkillsExperience in accounting and accounts payable.Experience in a multi-state and multi-company environment.Experience in construction or manufacturing.Experience in regulatory reporting.Supervisory experience with leading a team.Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business administration; MBA preferred.Professional certification such as CPA or CMA is preferred.Additional Skills & QualificationsStrong customer service mindset.Ability to adapt to new accounting software.Experience in a similar role within a large organization.Work Environment

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $78000.00/yr.
