Job Title: Accounts Payable Manager Job Description We are currently looking to add an Accounts Payable Manager to our growing team. This is a full-time position responsible for overseeing accounting duties related to accounts payable across all 20 locations in the Midwest. Responsibilities + Oversee accounts payable processes across 20 Midwest locations. + Manage and train accounts payable staff. + Transition and manage the migration from Sage 300 to Acumatica. + Ensure regulatory reporting compliance. + Maintain a customer service mindset while handling accounting duties. + Supervise and lead an active team of direct reports. Essential Skills + Experience in accounting and accounts payable. + Experience in a multi-state and multi-company environment. + Experience in construction or manufacturing. + Experience in regulatory reporting. + Supervisory experience with leading a team. + Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business administration; MBA preferred. + Professional certification such as CPA or CMA is preferred. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Strong customer service mindset. + Ability to adapt to new accounting software. + Experience in a similar role within a large organization.
