What will you do?

In this position you will join our Shared Services Group, where you will play an integral part in ensuring all receipts are processed accurately and within a timely manner. The role ensures the daily processing and queries are completed and deliver a high standard of service to internal and external stakeholders.

We know the work we do is vital in assisting Aurecon's business globally. Here are the key things you will do to:

Prepare and create purchase orders for IT work. Receive and process payments of IT invoicesEnsure accuracy of invoicing by undertaking a three-way match checking that PO, Goods receipt and invoice figures matchEnsure adherence to finance policies including delegation of authority matrixEstablish and maintain a document repository of IT purchase ordersManagement of the mailbox and turnaround of PO and Invoicing within agreed service levels

What can you bring to the team?

Firstly, you need have a clear understanding of confidentiality and attention to detail to produce work with a high level of accuracy are required due to the sensitive nature of the work. Demonstrate excellent time management and organisational skills. You will also need strong stakeholder engagement and provide strategy guidance relating to Finance activities and ensure compliance of the requirements.
