Accounts Payable Position
Adecco is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Payable/Payroll Specialist to join our client's team in Colorado Springs. This temp-to-hire position offers a competitive pay rate and the opportunity to work with a dynamic team. As an Accounts Payable/Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for managing payroll processes and accounts payable functions. You should have experience in processing payroll using an HRMS like UltiPro and be familiar with **multi-state** taxation and federal tax regulations. **Key Responsibilities:** + Process payroll using an HRMS like UltiPro + Manage accounts payable functions + Ensure accurate data entry and compliance with payroll and tax regulations + Provide excellent customer service **Required Qualifications:** + 2-3 years of experience in processing payroll within an HRMS, preferably UltiPro + Comprehensive understanding of payroll methods, procedures, and terminology + Detail-oriented with exceptional accuracy in data entry + Strong customer service skills **Preferred Qualifications:** + Familiarity with Multi-State Taxation and Federal Tax regulations + 2-3 years of accounts payable or general accounting experience + Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel) **To Apply:** Click on "Apply Now" for instant consideration. **Pay Details:** $24.00 to $26.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
