What is the Opportunity?

Responsible for processing for accurate, timely and complete processing of accounts payable transactions for North America, Caribbean and UK.

With a continuous improvement mindset look for opportunities for process improvement or fixing gaps/service issues within accounts payable functions.

What will you do?

Process accounts payable transactions for all jurisdictions ensuring timely, accurate and completeness.

Capability to manage multiple priorities across several assignments and prioritize effectively as this role will float between jurisdictions as required.

Participate in the identification and resolution of issues and concerns; helping to identify root cause of issues and proposing ideas to resolveDemonstrate a continuous improvement mindset by proactively identifying, recommending and helping implement solutionsExercises due diligence in following AP policy, procedures, standards and guidelinesProvide input on documentation as it relates to SOP

What do you need to succeed?

Must-Have

Creative and Analytical thinker who is self-driven and capable of working in a fast paced environment.Excellent organizational and multitasking skills and ability to prioritize activities to ensure timelines are met. -Proficient in Microsoft suite of applications.Accounting Diploma2 year of Accounts Payable experience

Nice to Have

Knowledge of RBC Accounts payableUniversity or college degree in accounting, finance and business preferred
