HUGO BOSS Australia is seeking an Accounts Payable and Purchasing Administrator to join the Finance team at our Support Office in Melbourne. Reporting to the Finance Manager, this opportunity plays an integral role as a link between retail stores and the support office finance team. It is an ideal opportunity to start a career in finance particularly for a retailer who is interested in numbers. A truly varied role which requires effective communication skills, an inquisitive nature and a love of numbers and data.

This is a unique and varied role with the two areas of accountability being:
\n\n\n\tAccounts Payable \n\tPurchasing \n
What you can expect:
\n\tEnd-to-end processing of invoices into SAP system\n\tPosting of journals & generating reports.\n\tCorporate Credit Card reconciliation\n\tAssisting with month end and year end processes\n\tResolving invoice issues & responding to Vendor queries\n\tVerifying and setting up invoices for payments in a timely and efficient manner\n\tMaintain Vendor Masterdata in SAP & EFTsure\n\tCoaching and guiding retail team members on store purchasing and accounts payable processes.\n\tLiaising with the store construction team to organise goods required for store renovations and openings\n\tLiaising with the Visual Merchandise team for store sale signage requirements.\n\tPurchasing of Head Office supplies\n\tAdhoc finance tasks as needed\n
Your profile:
\n\tAn understanding or knowledge of basic accounting\n\tExperience in Accounts Payable is desirable\n\tStrong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work as part of a team\n\tComputer literacy with proficiency in Excel\n\tAbility to work autonomously \n\tExperience in SAP is desirable\n\tAn enthusiastic approach with a willingness to learn\n
