What you'll do as: Accounts Payable/Receivable Generalist
- Review and verify invoices for accuracy and proper approval
- Enter invoices into accounting system
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all transactions
- Respond to vendor inquiries and build strong relationships
- Assist with audits and provide documentation as needed
Work Experience
The preferred candidate might:
- 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Epicore)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree in Accounting preferred)
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
