Interaction with Client / Internal people. * MIS Reporting; Payment authorization and processing ; * Reconciliation of accounts payable ledgers to identify improper charges, validate transactions, and ensure accurate and timely payment of amounts due Accounts Receivable ; * Billing/Invoice generation for goods, services and projects, and verification of customer credit approval ; * Payment processing and application to customer balances, including reconciliation of cash payments to customer accounts ; * Receivables age analysis and reporting; * Balance Sheet Reconciliation of General Ledger accounts required for compliance; * Period End Close activities including pre & post closure meetings with respective entity owners with Chief Accountants; * Reporting (GEMBA with entity & KPI reports publishing); * Perform Internal Controls as per compliance requirement.
