The Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Supervisor will be responsible for tracking and evaluating the day-to-day activities and supervising the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable staff. They will work closely with the Controller to ensure that effective internal controls are established and maintained and that the AP and AR functions are operating and acceptable performance levels.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for supervising and guiding the day-to-day operational activities of the Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions. Professionally develop AR and AP Staff by providing mentorship, training, and performance feedback reviews. Establish, document, and assist in designing workflows and procedures for AR and AP Best Practices. Manage the AR aging and proactively follow up on all outstanding balances. Review and approve high volume of customer deductions and vendor billbacks. Send AR statements to customers and follow up on overdue balances. Prepare deposits, rent and tax payments, and various manual invoices. Collaborate with other departments, including Sales, Operations, and Warehouse to ensure AR and AP processes are efficient, accurate, and timely. Analyze AP and AR data and prepare reports for the Controller. Oversee the onboarding process for new customers and new vendors. Update and maintain Customer and Vendor master data. Manage dispute resolution. Reconcile the AR and AP general ledgers and Sales Tax payable general ledger monthly. Assist with month-end close, including Petty Cash and Sales Tax reconciliations and various AP, AR and Inventory clearing processes. Perform other duties and projects as assigned by the Controller.Requirements:

TSN salary range: $75-95K based on experience, education, and geographic location.
