You’ll make an impact by: Process Payments • Handle daily payments for 3rd party vendors, inter-company transactions, and employee reimbursements.
• Utilize SAP, Siemens systems, and bank portals for payment processing.
Customer Service• Provide customer service support to internal and external stakeholders• Resolve payment discrepancies and address inquiries.
System Management • Monitor and respond to emails from suppliers and business units.
Performance & Quality • Meet established service level agreements and performance metrics. • Ensure accurate and timely payment processing.
Compliance & Controls • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and accounting controls.
Continuous Improvement • Identify and implement process improvements and best practices. • Prepare and submit required reports.
You excel in: Education & Experience • An above average Degree in Accountancy or Finance • Minimum 5 - 8 years working experience in Payment Process
Skills & Knowledge • Sound accounting knowledge and good understanding of P2P process • Proficiency in Ms Office Packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Knowledge in SAP (advantageous)
Other Requirements • Excellent communication skills • Willingness to work shifts
