Job Responsibilities and Duties:\n

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Assist in the processing and payment distribution of all accounts payable and the implementation and compliance with all related internal and external controls. Assist in other accounts payable reporting duties and projects as assigned.\n\nValidate all incoming payables\nProcessing of all types of accounts payable invoices (three-way match, contract, miscellaneous, etc.)\nProcessing of employee expense reports and review of purchasing card submissions for accuracy\nAssist with analysis of accounts payable statistics (aging, volume, etc.)\nAssist with monthly general ledger reconciliation of Accounts Payable related accounts\nPrepare reports and work closely with purchasing and warehousing to resolve PO issues\nVendor statement reconciliation and problem resolution\nAssist with research and resolution of outstanding PO receipts\nVendor onboarding and Supplier Master maintenance\nOther accounts payable duties including document filing and scanning\n\n

Qualifications and Skills:\n\nAbility to work in a team environment\nProficient in computerized environment working with integrated accounting software packages\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills\nDetail orientated with strong analytical and problem solving skills\nAbility to maintain confidentiality\nJD Edwards software experience a plus\nFamiliarity with Sarbanes Oxley compliance\nMicrosoft Word and Excel\n\n

Education and Experience:\n\nMinimum of 2 years accounts payable experience or relevant work experience\n\n
