Description Robert Half is currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Payable Specialist to join our client’s growing finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to contribute to a dynamic and fast-paced accounting environment. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end accounts payable process, ensuring timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices, maintaining compliance with company policies, and supporting monthly close procedures. The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of accounting principles and a commitment to accuracy and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: + Review, code, and process a high volume of vendor invoices in a timely and accurate manner + Match purchase orders, invoices, and receiving documents (3-way match) + Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies + Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies + Assist in preparing accounts payable reports and supporting documentation for month-end close + Respond to vendor inquiries and maintain strong vendor relationships + Collaborate with internal departments to resolve invoice and payment issues + Prepare and process weekly check runs, ACH transfers, and wire payments + Maintain organized and accurate records of all accounts payable transactions Requirements Requirements: + 2+ years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting + Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or QuickBooks) + Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and AP best practices + Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills + Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines + Strong communication skills, both written and verbal + High degree of integrity and professionalism + Associate's degree in Accounting or related field preferred; Bachelor's degree a plus Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
