Kforce has a client in Miami Beach, FL that is looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our Finance & Accounting team. This role supports day-to-day accounting operations and offers direct exposure to senior leadership, public company teams, and the asset management industry. Day-to-Day Responsibilities: * Process ~45 payments/week * Manually setting up wires/ACH by logging into system, in the process of initiating automation process with this; Potentially could help with this implementation * Partner with the Controller, CFO, and firm owners * Manage accounts payable and vendor payments * Assist and work alongside Staff accountant * CC maintenance - limits * CC payments, expense reports
