Summary:

The operations team is responsible for maintaining the day-to-day operations of our growing business. The Accounts Receivable team is part of that important team. As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you are responsible for issuing invoices, applying payments, and liaising with Sales to ensure prompt payment while maintaining good customer relations and achieving company standards for results. 

What You Will Be Doing:Verify and post client payments (check, wires & credit cards)Timely application of all client payments receivedAcquire client remittances to ensure accurate and timely applicationIdentify client overpayments due to currency gains and post relating entriesInvestigate older items on account, identify and note causeIdentify clients with consistent payment issues and work with both client and management to resolve.  Assist with various reportsSpecial projects as neededWho We Are Looking For:Creative thinker – You are curious and unafraid to ask questionsHard worker – You are industrious and diligent in everything you doInnovator – You are willing to initiate changes and introduce new ideas

Your experience includes:Bachelor’s DegreeBilingual in English and SpanishMinimum of 1-2 years of work experience in a computer-oriented environmentSuperior written and spoken communication skills Great attention to detail, a strong work ethic, a proactive approach to problem solving, a sense of urgency, and interpersonal skills that encourage teamwork, trust and openness among the employees with whom the position interfaces Strong computer skills, Great Plains experience preferred, and the desire to learn more Most importantly you must be willing to learn new things, be open to challenges and thrive on success
