Accounts Payable Specialist
Job Title: Accounts Payable SpecialistJob Description We are looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to process credit returns for products and close return material on POs. This role involves electronic invoicing using WebUI (product of Infor) and EDI (Electronic Invoice Processing). The specialist will work with 7-12 large vendors simultaneously and process up to 150-200 invoices electronically per day. Responsibilities + Process credit returns for products. + Close return material on POs. + Handle electronic invoicing using WebUI and EDI. + Work with 7-12 different large vendors at a time. + Process up to 150-200 invoices electronically per day. Essential Skills + Accounts payable experience. + Invoice processing expertise. + Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and basic formulas. + B.S. in Accounting, Finance, or related field. + Critical thinking ability and capacity to pick up and retain new information. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Familiarity with VLOOKUP's, Pivot Tables, and Excel formulas. Work Environment This role is fully in-office from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, or 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a mandatory hour for lunch. You will report to the AP Manager and the EDI Supervisor. The department consists of 20-25 people, with 5 members on the EDI team plus the Supervisor. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $27.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
