JOB DESCRIPTION
ACCOUNTS PAYABLE SPECIALIST: DETAILS
Title: Accounts Payable Specialist
Location: Brentwood, TN
Start Date: ASAP
Pay Rate: $21-23/hour (depending on experience)

Hours: Monday - Friday | 40 hours per week | 8am-5pm

REQUIREMENTS: ACCOUNTS PAYABLE SPECIALIST
* 1+ years of experience in AP
* Moderate excel skills

RESPONSIBILITIES: ACCOUNTS PAYABLE SPECIALIST
* Process AP invoices daily
* Research and resolve invoice discrepancies
* Communicate with vendors on a daily basis in order to resolve issues
* Process employee expense reports
* File AP invoices electronically
* Other ad-hoc responsibilities as assigned
