Summary: Responsible for performing all accounts payable and cash disbursement tasks for the corporate office, including vendor maintenance, invoice review, disbursement, and sales and use tax filings.
While employees may be permitted to work remotely, travel to the assigned office, HUB or Satellite Offices may be required as determined by the employee’s manager and the employee’s People Organization Generalist.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Vendor Maintenance:
Review all new vendor creation requests, including vendor payment method (i.e. ACH, Single Use Card, Wire, and/or Check) Enter all payment details into the Procurement System. Maintain the Vendor Listing within the LLS procurement and ERP systems, using appropriate controls, to ensure complete and accurate vendor detail in both systems. Ensure all vendors are in proper compliance with all IRS regulations.Invoice Payments:
Initiate all invoice payments thru Single Use Card, ACH, Wire and/or Check Coordinate payment approval with the Accounting Team. Complete daily upload of disbursement files to the bank for all check payments. Assist in the preparation of the annual IRS 1099 and W2G filings. Assist in the completion of monthly and quarterly sales and use tax filings. Provide customer service and support, in conjunction with Procurement, to the entire organization. Respond to all field and vendor inquiries timely and appropriately. Crosstrain and act as backup for Payroll processing and Mailroom support. Maintain a working knowledge of the LLS mission and programs to promote Organizational initiatives.Perform other related duties as assigned.

We are excited to share the base pay range for this position is $48,000 to $58,000. The offered compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, business need, market conditions, proficiencies, skills, education, and experience. Additionally, at LLS we place a high value on internal pay equity and will consider the current compensation of similarly situated roles and direct team members. Base compensation is only one component of our Total Rewards program, which also includes an annual incentive plan and a competitive benefits package.
