Description We are currently in search of an Accounts Payable Specialist with 3-Way Matching experience to join our clients team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately processing daily transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable data. Responsibilities: + Process invoices, payments, and maintain the financial records accurately. + Validate invoices against purchase orders through the 3-way matching process to avoid discrepancies. + Regularly update accounts payable and perform reconciliations. + Address any discrepancies in the invoice, purchase order, or delivery receipt. + Liaise with vendors or internal departments in a professional manner to resolve invoice or payment issues. + Ensure all financial transactions comply with company policies and regulations. + Assist with month-end closing and other administrative tasks as needed. Requirements + 3+ years of proven experience as an Accounts Payable Specialist or similar role. + Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of a relevant accounting software. + Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. + Great communication and problem-solving skill set.
