Description Manufacturing company in the Clear Lake area is looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to become an integral part of their growing team. As the Accounts Payable Specialist, you will match and batch code, resolve A/P issues, process expense reports, update and reconcile sub-ledger to G/L, and process checks. Responsibilities: · Execute daily processes and controls accurately and in a timely manner; provide compliance with Company policies · Providing customer service to internal business partners · Providing internal and external audit assistance as required · Sort, log, photocopy, and file invoices, checks, and other documents · Verify, log and mail checks, including expediting special handling Requirements • 2+ years of experience in an Accounts Payable role preferably within the manufacturing industry • Proficient in Account Coding and understanding of Accrual Accounting • Experience with SAP or another ERP software • Demonstrated ability to perform key Accounting Functions, including management of Accounts Payable (AP) • MS Excel proficiency Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
