Description

This Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for reviewing and verifying the accuracy of invoices. They will compare the details of an invoice with the corresponding purchase order and the goods received. They will also be managing the A/P inbox and scanning invoices.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience processing over 50 invoices a day 2+ years of experience working with purchase orders 2+ years of vendor maintenance experience Able to work within pivot tables and Vlookups in ExcelERP: Experience working within a large ERP such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, Peoplesoft, or JD Edwards

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $26.00
