Description We are in search of an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team based in Green Bay, Wisconsin. Working within the manufacturing industry, you'll play a pivotal role in managing account coding, operating accounting software systems, and executing various accounting functions. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity. Responsibilities: • Conduct auditing operations to ensure the accuracy of all financial data • Employ Accounting Software Systems for efficient financial management • Handle Accounts Payable (AP) processes, maintaining accuracy and timeliness • Utilize QuickBooks for various accounting functions and financial transactions • Oversee account coding procedures, ensuring they align with company standards • Manage Accrual Accounting operations, maintaining a clear and accurate record of all financial activities • Operate Automated Clearing House (ACH) transactions, ensuring all payments are processed efficiently • Monitor and manage customer accounts, taking necessary actions when required.
