Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity in the Oil & Gas industry for an Accounts Payable Specialist in Dallas, Texas. This role primarily involves comprehensive management of accounts payable tasks, including processing and investigating invoices. Responsibilities: • Processing a significant volume of both Purchase Order (PO) and Non-PO invoices • Efficient usage of SAP/OpenText system to access invoices for processing • Conducting research on overdue balances on accounts, as required • Ensuring excellent customer service is provided at all times • Collaborating closely with other departments and divisions to enhance process efficiency • Offering support to other teams as per requirement • Utilizing dual monitors in a paperless work environment for navigation • Leveraging reference files for varied instructions • Undertaking additional projects assigned by Supervisor or Manager as necessary.
