Description We are in search of an Accounts Payable Specialist to be an integral part of our team located in Hollywood, South Carolina. This role will be centered around managing accounts payable, maintaining precise financial records, and addressing inquiries from staff and customers. The successful candidate will also be tasked with analyzing financial data and assisting with executive management reporting. Responsibilities: • Accurately handle the accounts payable function. • Maintain and update financial records with utmost precision. • Address and resolve inquiries from staff members and customers. • Analyze various sets of financial data. • Assist in the preparation and delivery of financial reports to executive management. • Collaborate effectively with other members of the accounting department. • Utilize accounting software systems for efficient account coding and management. • Handle complex accounting problems and ensure all required information is accurate. • Utilize ADP - Financial Services, Concur, and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning platforms. • Execute accounting functions including accrual accounting, auditing, and Automated Clearing House (ACH) operations. Requirements • Proficiency in Account Coding is required • Must have experience with Accounting Software Systems • Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services is necessary • Should be adept at using Concur • Knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is a must • Ability to perform Accounting Functions efficiently • Extensive experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP) is needed • Familiarity with Accrual Accounting is required • Auditing skills are highly desirable • Experience with Automated Clearing House (ACH) is a plus Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
