Description We are on the lookout for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team in West Palm Beach, Florida. This role involves providing essential support within our team, ensuring the smooth running of our accounting functions. The role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity, with the potential for growth and development. Responsibilities: • Ensure efficient processing of accounts payable transactions • Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy in all accounting activities • Use Account Coding techniques to maintain organized records • Employ Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and other accounting software systems to manage financial tasks • Provide diligent management of Accounts Payable (AP) functions • Conduct transactions via Automated Clearing House (ACH) when necessary • Leverage proficiency in SAP and SAP Ariba for managing payable accounts • Utilize tools such as Excel to organize and analyze data • Resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally. Requirements • Proficiency in Account Coding is essential for this role. • Must have a strong understanding and hands-on experience with Accounting Software Systems. • Familiarity with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is a significant advantage. • Ability to perform various Accounting Functions with accuracy. • Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) is mandatory. • Auditing skills are crucial to ensure financial accuracy and compliance. • Knowledge of Automated Clearing House (ACH) transactions is required. • Proficiency in SAP software is necessary for managing financial operations. • Experience with SAP Ariba for managing business operations is desirable.
