What You’ll Be Doing: + Invoice Processing: Accurately process a high volume of invoices, expense reports, and financial documentation. + Payment Processing: Handle payments via check, ACH, and wire transfers with precision. + Accounts Reconciliation: Investigate and resolve discrepancies between invoices, purchase orders, and payments. + Vendor Relations: Communicate with vendors to ensure accurate and timely payments. + Month-End Close: Assist with accruals, reconciliations, and financial reporting. + Audit Support: Provide documentation for internal and external audits. + Collaboration: Work with internal departments to streamline AP processes. + Professional Development: Stay up to date with best practices and industry trends. What You Bring to the Table: + On-Site Availability: This position requires in-person work – local applicants only. + Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (or equivalent experience). + Experience: 3+ years in high-volume accounts payable and reconciliation (CAPA certification a plus!). + Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Excel (required). + Detail-Oriented: High level of accuracy, organization, and problem-solving skills. + Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills. + Integrity: Ability to handle sensitive financial data with discretion. + Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to adapt in a dynamic environment.
