Description We are seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team. The role is based in Lynnwood, Washington. As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be responsible for managing high volume accounts payable processes, using software tools including NetSuite and Excel, and ensuring all account reconciliations are completed accurately. This role provides an exciting opportunity to contribute to our team. Responsibilities: • Ensure the accurate and timely processing of invoice data • Maintain and manage high volume accounts payable • Use NetSuite and Excel for various accounting tasks • Conduct account reconciliation to ensure accurate records • Efficiently manage check runs and coding invoices • Resolve any discrepancies or issues related to accounts payable • Continually learn and adapt to evolving business processes • Exercise strong attention to detail in all tasks • Maintain a detail-oriented and reserved demeanor in the workplace • Handle additional tasks as assigned by the team The pay range for this position is $22.37/hr to $32.00/hr.
