Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team! In this role, you will get to play a vital role in our Accounts Payable function.

What You'll Be Doing:

Reviewing invoices for accuracy and proper approvals

Matching invoices to purchase orders

Ensuring bills are paid or negotiated by their due dates

Entering transactions to maintain accurate revenue reports

Performing bank reconciliations

Assisting with the setup of new suppliers

Generating monthly, quarterly, or annual statements

Assisting the accounting team with other duties

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

Bachelors in accounting/finance plus a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
