Join our team as an Accounts Payable Specialist and play a crucial role in shaping the employee experience at Improveit Home Remodeling.  Position Overview The Accounts Payable Specialist is responsible for performing a range of accounting and clerical duties related to the accounts payable function of Improveit! Home Remodeling. This position requires a solid background in basic accounting practices as it will grow as the organization grows. The Accounts Payable Specialist must have the ability to work independently, as well in a team environment. Essential Job Functions     •    Timely and accurate entry of vendor invoices in our Improveit 360 CRM (I360), Concur and Sage 50 Software         System (Sage 50). •    Timely and accurate entry of other payables in Sage 50. •    Process check runs. •    Reconcile vendor statements to I360 and Sage 50. •    Reconcile monthly bills, ensuring all recurring bills are paid timely. •    Filing invoices, documents, and other materials, per SOPs. •    Ensure accounts payable processes are maintained and evolve as our business grows. •    Misc. projects as assigned by management.
