Description Looking for an Accounts Payable role in Greenville? We may have the perfect job for you! A company in Greenville is seeking an AP Specialist to join their team as they continue to grow! Responsibilities: • Efficiently process vendor invoices and ensure their accuracy • Oversee the maintenance of vendor files • Reconcile vendor statements on a monthly basis • Prepare weekly cash requirements and payment proposals • Handle additions and changes to vendor data • Ensure compliance with all AP policies and procedures • Timely processing and payment of invoices • Collaborate with other departments to ensure invoices are approved on time • Resolve any discrepancies in invoices, purchase orders, or payments • Foster strong relationships with vendors • Adhere to all company policies and safety procedures.
