We are seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing and posting customer payments and managing customer records. Your role will be vital in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations. Responsibilities: • Process and post customer payments accurately. • Manage and keep customer credit records up-to-date. • Monitor customer accounts regularly and take appropriate actions when necessary. • Ensure high levels of accuracy in data entry tasks. • Use your proficiency in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning to manage financial data. • Apply your knowledge of Account Coding and Accounting Software Systems to streamline processes. • Use your skills in Accrual Accounting to maintain accurate financial records. • Conduct regular Audits to ensure compliance and accuracy in financial operations. • Efficiently manage Automated Clearing House (ACH) transactions. Requirements • Proficiency in Account Coding is needed for accurate financial record keeping. • Experience with Accounting Software Systems is required for efficient data management. • Knowledge in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is essential for integrated business process management. • Understanding of various Accounting Functions is necessary for comprehensive financial oversight. • Familiarity with Accounts Payable (AP) procedures is required to ensure timely and accurate payment processing. • Expertise in Accrual Accounting is needed for correct representation of financial position. • Experience in Auditing is necessary to ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards. • Knowledge of Automated Clearing House (ACH) processes is required for efficient electronic funds transfer.
