Description We are seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team located in Nashville, Tennessee. In this role, you will have the opportunity to handle customer applications, manage customer records, and resolve customer inquiries. Additionally, you will monitor customer accounts and take appropriate measures when necessary. This position offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity. Responsibilities: • Efficiently and accurately process customer credit applications • Maintain precise customer credit records • Handle account coding and accrual accounting tasks • Utilize Accounting Software Systems and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning for various functions • Provide customer service by resolving customer inquiries • Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions • Use ADP and Melio - Financial Services for various accounting functions • Conduct auditing tasks when necessary • Handle Automated Clearing House (ACH) processes • Work with Concur for various accounting processes. Requirements • Proficiency in Account Coding is a must-have skill. • Familiarity with Accounting Software Systems is required. • Experience with ADP and Melio- Financial Services is essential. • Must be adept at using Concur. • Knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is necessary. • Ability to perform various Accounting Functions is required. • Must have a strong understanding of Accrual Accounting. • Experience in Auditing is necessary. • Familiarity with Automated Clearing House (ACH) is a plus.
