This is a contract to permanent opportunity, where you will be primarily responsible for managing full-cycle accounts payable tasks for assigned business locations using Oracle. Responsibilities: • Oversee and manage full-cycle accounts payable activities. • Execute the matching, batching, and coding of invoices with precision. • Carry out auditing of invoices for assigned locations. • Maintain and update accounting records for our clients, ensuring accuracy at all times. • Utilize Accounting Software Systems and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning for efficient work processes. • Apply your knowledge of Accounting Functions and Principles in day-to-day tasks. • Leverage your skills in 10 - Key Accounting for efficient data entry and calculations. • Use Microsoft Outlook for communication and coordination within the team. • Be the point of contact for resolving customer inquiries related to accounts payable.
