Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for an Accounts Payable Specialist in Sarasota, Florida. The selected candidate will join a team that operates within the industry, working onsite from Monday to Friday. This role centers around the management of high volume multi-location accounts payable, as well as heavy filing of invoices. Responsibilities: • Overseeing the processing of a high volume of accounts payable across multiple locations. • Examining, approving, and processing employee expense reports. • Utilizing Microsoft Office software, particularly Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel, in daily tasks. • Keeping track of customer accounts and taking appropriate action when necessary. • Ensuring the maintenance of accurate customer credit records. • Handling customer inquiries and providing prompt and accurate responses. • Processing customer credit applications with accuracy and efficiency. Requirements • Minimum of 1 year experience in an Accounts Payable role or similar • Proficiency in using Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel • Experience in handling Expense Reports • Demonstrable skills in Accounts Payable (AP) • Detail-oriented with strong numerical accuracy • Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable principles • Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information • Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task, and work under pressure • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • High level of integrity and dependability Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
