Description We are seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team within the Manufacturing industry based in Ft. Worth, Texas. This role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity, and will be instrumental in managing full-cycle accounts payable processes for our assigned plants through Oracle. This includes the responsibility for matching, batching, coding, and auditing invoices. Responsibilities: • Manage full-cycle accounts payable processes, including matching, batching, and coding invoices • Execute accurate auditing of invoices for assigned plants • Utilize Oracle for the management of the accounts payable process • Utilize Accounting Software Systems and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning tools to streamline processes • Use knowledge of Accounting Functions and Principles to ensure accuracy and compliance • Leverage skills in 10 - Key Accounting for efficient data entry and management • Use Microsoft Outlook for communication and coordination within the team • Ensure all invoices are processed in a timely and accurate manner. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is required. • Familiarity with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is essential. • Ability to perform various Accounting Functions effectively. • Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) procedures is mandatory. • Skill in Coding Invoices is expected. • Experience in Batching processes is necessary. • Proficient use of Microsoft Outlook is required. • Knowledge of 10 - Key Accounting is desired. • Understanding of basic and advanced Accounting Principles is essential.
