We need an Accounts Payable Specialist to strengthen our financial operations by managing vendor payments, ensuring accurate invoice processing, and maintaining strong relationships with our global network of luxury designers and suppliers. This role is crucial in maintaining the financial integrity of our operations and supporting our continued growth in the luxury e-commerce space.
The Impact you’ll makeInvoice Management & Processing\nProcess and reconcile inventory invoices via 3-way matching in NetSuite\nUpload and maintain incoming invoices with supporting documentation\nInvestigate and resolve quantity/price discrepancies between POs and deliveries\nPayment Processing & Reconciliation\nPrepare payment runs using NetSuite and Transfermate\nProcess wire transfers and ACH transactions\nVerify and reconcile vendor statements\nRecover deposits from closed and quantity-changed line items\nVendor Relations & Communication\nRespond promptly to vendor inquiries\nResolve past-due invoice issues\nMaintain professional communication with internal departments\nFinancial Documentation & Reporting\nPrepare and update internal AP spreadsheets and files\nAssist with month-end close procedures\nSupport additional accounting department requirements as needed\n
