Hydrid: 3 days in the office during training period, post-training 2 days in the office at 3 Bala Plaza West, Bala Cynwyd, PA 19004, . Schedule: Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm (Eastern Time)
Objectives of this role
Support the company in optimizing its financial transactions and systemsStrengthen and grow relationships with vendors and suppliers through timely paymentsAssist in streamlining and improving the accounts payable processExercise integrity and confidentiality in financial reportingComply with national and local financial regulationsResponsibilities
Review invoices for appropriate documentation prior to paymentPerform invoice and general-ledger data entryExecute credit card and bank account reconciliationGenerate purchase orders when necessaryObtain and print signatures on all checksAssist senior financial officers as neededRequired skills and qualifications
High school diploma or equivalentUnderstanding of basic principles of finance, accounting, and bookkeepingSuperb time management skills and detail orientationAbility to maintain confidentiality of company and partner informationPreferred skills and qualifications
Associate’s degree or equivalentStrong mathematical skillsExperience in accounts payable (or accounts receivable)Experience with accounting software and online platforms
Salary: 55,000.00 - 65,000.00 USD Annually
